About Us
Sport for Life is a Victoria-based non-profit that aims to mobilize quality sport and physical literacy development to the world. It is recognized as the global experts on the Canadian Sport for Life Movement, Long-Term Development in Sport and Physical Activity, and physical literacy development. By bridging gaps between sectors, creating new collaborations with Canadian institutions, and mobilizing our knowledge to communities across the country, we aim to create a future in which absolutely everyone has access to quality sport and physical literacy experiences.
Sport for Life strives to be a catalyst for change and aspires to create equitable, diverse, inclusive, and accessible opportunities for everyone not only in sport and physical activity, but also in the workplace. Our talented and diverse team, which is spread out across Canada, is dedicated to a common vision and a set of shared core values. Our workspace is inclusive, friendly and team-based, and we walk our talk by enabling our employees to live the most active lives possible.
